Change to Chill School Partnership
Change to Chill partners with high schools in the areas Allina Health serves to help teens stress less and build resiliency. One way to join in and participate from home or school is through Chill Week!
Offer your students, staff, and program participants an escape from their busy days and daily stressors with a designated space for them to hang out, chill, and recenter themselves. A Chill Zone creates an area for anyone at your school to take a moment to practice mindfulness, self-awareness, connection, and relaxation.
Practicing mindfulness has been proven to improve focus and increase thoughtful reactions to stressful situations. Promote a healthy mindset at your school and partner with Change to Chill. We will help you create the perfect Chill Zone for your school.
