On January 27th, Change to Chill team members helped to facilitate a mental health forum with Student Achievement Advisors (SAAs) and other school staff across 6 high schools in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. The launch of Change to Chill in Spanish continues to be featured in the media as an important step toward advancing equity on the website and within the program more broadly. Making Change to Chill Accessible to Spanish Speakers: An Interview with CCX Media

The Spanish version of Change to Chill continues to gain media attention as part of Hispanic Heritage Month. Thanks to a hardworking team of Spanish-speaking staff at Allina Health, website users can now view and interact with all website content and resources in Spanish.

Allina Health’s Sydney Hobart, Community Health Improvement Specialist, talked with CCX Media about the Spanish version of the site.

Esmerelda Garcia, a graduate of and now Promise Fellow with El Colegio High School in South Minneapolis, was also featured in the interview. Esmerelda talked about the importance of providing mental health resources in Spanish and addressing mental health stigma in the Latinx community. Watch the full interview here.
