We all want meaningful connections. We know staying connected to others is critical to maintaining good health, just like exercising, drinking water and eating healthy. And just like traditional ways to build wellness, building meaningful connections requires investing time, energy and intention.
Here are some ways teens can make meaningful connections.
Family. Share music with the adults in your life to spark connection and appreciation for melodies, new and old.
Friends. Share positive thoughts and gratitude with your friends by sending gratitude texts.
Community. Volunteering can be a great way to make a positive difference in your community.
